1. Who we are
Dristii ("we", "us") provides a marketing analytics and decision-support service that connects to your Meta Ads accounts to surface insights and recommendations. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process and how we protect it.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password.
- Meta Ads data: ad account metadata, campaigns, ad sets, ads, insights (spend, impressions, conversions), change history. We access this via Meta's official Marketing API after you authorize it through Meta's consent screen.
- Access tokens: stored encrypted at rest using AES-256.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) to operate the service securely.
3. How we use data
- To compute your account baselines, alerts, and recommendations.
- To sync and refresh metrics from Meta on your behalf.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To improve the product (in aggregate, never selling your raw ad data).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (MongoDB Atlas for storage, our hosting provider, and AI providers used for generating insights — with prompts containing only the minimum necessary metric context).
5. Security
Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We follow the principle of least privilege — Dristii operates in read-only mode against Meta by default.
6. Retention & deletion
You can disconnect any Meta Ads account from the Accounts page, which removes the encrypted token and stops further syncing. To delete your Dristii account and all associated data, email us at hello@dristii.com; we will action requests within 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@dristii.com to exercise them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
