Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Dristii, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Dristii is a marketing analytics and recommendation tool that connects to your Meta Ads accounts via Meta's official API after you authorize it. Recommendations are informational. You remain solely responsible for any action you take on your ad accounts.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must have the right to connect any Meta Ads account you authorize.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or attempt to bypass security. Don't use Dristii for unlawful purposes or to violate Meta's Platform Terms.

5. Meta data

Your use of Meta data through Dristii is also governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke Dristii's access at any time via Meta's settings or by disconnecting the account inside Dristii.

6. Fees

Pricing, if any, will be disclosed in-app before you incur charges. During the MVP/beta, the service may be free; we may introduce paid plans with notice.

7. Disclaimers

Dristii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are heuristic and may be wrong. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will fit your particular use case.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dristii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or ad spend losses, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dristii anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance.
